yeah my perents freaked out for like 5 mins....my mom wanted to call and apoligize....and i was like WHAT!!!!....i just told them that if they called back agin...i would talk to them....and i know they wont...i like how they flipped out cause i was "breaking the law" and we are "honest citizens"....but my dad lets me drink beer with him....i would never bring that up....but still....hmmmmm...makes you think...

did you start it up?
sometimes it will open a popup window that says its updating and after you click close at the bottom of that it will load its cashe and then maybe open another window that shows a stream of ips and urls flowing in a box. if it does that its working.
also sometimes after you open it it will do nothing and have no noticable indicators that its working. you can ctrl alt del to make sure that it is infact turned on(you have to go to processes and if its near the top when youve selected the option to show the apps using the most memory first)
if its up there its working
i always check it this way when i download

I do all my pirating from other people. It's safer that way.
Man piriting messes me up. The morality of it and all. So I have me own twisted little moral code for video games. Pirating is cool if I wouldn't have bought the game anyway and its just a game. For some reason I can't bring myself to pirate expensive programs like adobe final cut or rossetta stone stuff. It just seems so....serious. Who cares if you steal a game?
